T.C. 1891

DESCRIPTION

T.C. 1891 is a fuel additive for completely organic industrial use, free of metals and especially formulated for reducing problems related to the maintenance of fuel systems and combustion in heaters and boilers.

T.C. 1891 is 100% organic; it does NOT contaminate and does NOT generate ashes. It is applicable in fuels like "Combustóleo" heavy, intermediate 15, and Diesel, among others.

OBJECTIVE

T.C. 1891 disperses the solids in suspension, protects metallic surfaces by forming a protective film, and, through a de-emulsifying action, allows for the elimination of a large part of the water present in the fuels.

The effective dispersion of the solids in suspension (asphalts, among others) prevents the formation of sludge. It facilitates fragmentation promoting a more complete combustion with less problematic residual products. As a result, it maintains a better heat transfer and a reduction in maintenance.

ADVANTAGES IN TANKS

  • Removes existent sludge and prevents the formation of deposits
  • Reduces the need for cleaning
  • Prevents stratification of the fuel
  • Prevents the incompatibility of different types of fuels
  • Facilitates the drainage of water

ADVANTAGES IN BOILERS

  • Cleaner filters
  • Less deposits in the fragmentation burner (mouthpiece, nozzle)
  • Reduces deposits in the furnace
  • Minimizes failures and defects in the over-heater, air heater and/or economizers
  • Facilitates cleaning
  • Minimizes corrosion through high and low temperature.
  • Reduces smoke emission.
  • Minimizes carbon particle emission for the chimney.
  • Reduces the emissions of CO and COVs.

DOSAGE

T.C. 1891 is a self-dispersing additive that should always be applied in the principal storage tanks before each fuel load. It can be fed through the feeding lines or ventilation tubes.

In full tanks, it is applied by means of the ventilation tubes through the use of a pump. After-bubbling is recommended for a more uniform dispersion.

INITIAL DOSAGE

T.C. 1891 1:20000

APPLICATION

T.C. 1891 is a liquid that is applied directly in the fuel storage tank.

HANDLING, STORAGE, PRESENTATION

Special handling is not required; the use of an apron and plastic gloves is recommended. In the event that the product comes in contact with the skin, wash the affected area with plenty of water.

We recommend that it is stored in its original container, in a well-shaded area and far from direct flame.

It is supplied in 200-liter returnable metal drums and 20-liter non-returnable plastic containers.
