T.C. 625-LW

DESCRIPTION

T.C. 625-LW is a liquid iron phosphate product specially formulated for use in a three- or five-stage spray washer. It contains a blend of highly effective biodegradable surfactants that will effectively remove soils, oils and other contaminants while simultaneously depositing a high quality iron phosphate coating. T.C.625-LW contains an ingredient that keeps sludge and scale build-up to a minimum. This greatly reduces the scale build-up on the inside and outside of the risers and washer interior. This enables you to operate over an extended period of time without purging or descaling your washer. The nozzles stay cleaner longer and require less attention than with most conventional iron phosphate products.

USE

T.C. 625-LW is used at two to three percent by volume at 130° to 160°F. Exposure time is 45 seconds to one minute. It requires no break-in period. High quality coatings are obtained from the start. This product can be automatically metered into the system while maintaining a constant concentration of product. Use at 10% by volume with water in soak tank.

For highest quality and most uniform iron phosphate coating, maintain the solution pH between 3.5 and 4.5 with phosphoric acid. T.C. 743 phosphoric seal can be used in the final rinse in order to obtain the maximum corrosion protection on painted and unpainted phosphate coated surfaces.
