DESCRIPTION

T.C. 219-GRZ is a liquid, highly active cleaning compound.

APPLICATION

T.C. 219-GRZ is recommended for the removal of processing oils, smuts, greases, and lubricants from ferrous metal surfaces in soak tank applications. It may also be employed to remove light rust, paint, and other organic coatings.

PROPERTIES

T.C. 219-GRZ is high in dispersion and emulsification with excellent longevity. A heavy-duty soak cleaner for job shop or process plant operations. It is non-phosphated and biodegradable.

CONDITIONS OF USE

These conditions may be varied to suit individual cleaning requirements.

HANDLING

Wear proper protective clothing, goggles, and rubber gloves when handling or making up T.C. 219-GRZ cleaning solutions. Avoid skin and eye contact. Always add T.C. 219-GRZ to lukewarm water slowly and cautiously with constant agitation. In case of accident, flush at once with copious quantities of water and call a physician. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before use. Do not take internally. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Give large amounts of water and at least an ounce of vinegar in an equal volume of water. Get medical attention. An eye/face fountain and safety shower should be available in work area.
