| T.C. 1015 |
DESCRIPTION
T.C. 1015 is a liquid and a heavy-duty oil free drawing lubricant. It is designed for use
in the most difficult forming operations, such as stainless steel tube drawing and deep steel shape drawing. It
is designed to be dilutable and dispersed in water. Under normal conditions, it will prevent rust indoors. Water
dilutions prevent the usual smoke and haze associated with mineral oil lubricants on high temperature operations.
OPERATION
The use concentration must be determined at the press. Dilutions with water are accomplished
by simple mixing. It makes a semi-stable dispersion in water. When diluting with water, add the water to the
T.C. 1015 for greater stability. Provide some means of mild agitation for water dilutions. It is easily removed in
alkaline cleaners even after long storage periods.
